The Hayloft
Full of rustic charm, The Hayloft is a serene and characterful room which has been designed to give a relaxed and memorable start to your wedding day. It’s the perfect setting for you – be that Bride and Bridesmaids or Groom and Groomsmen - to assemble and start getting ready on the morning of your big day.
With arrivals from 8am, there’s plenty of time to really take in everything about this momentous occasion, with spacious areas for hair and make-up artists to set up, large mirrors, relaxing seating and high hooks for dresses.
The Hayloft is available for you from 8am on the morning of your wedding, until your ceremony time, at which point you can safely store any bags within an alternative area if needed, for safe keeping.
A breakfast hamper will be waiting for you on arrival, including pastries, freshly baked bread, preserves, yoghurt with granola and compote, fresh juices and even a bottle of Prosecco for you to start the celebrations. Tea and coffee will also be available.
The 2025/26 price is £325, and available for the use of weddings taking place in The Tythe Barn.

Winter Weddings
What better way to brighten up the winter months than by getting married? When the days are shorter, the parties are longer! Steal away from the cold outside and enjoy the magic of a Winter Wedding. Applies on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from November 1st - 31st March. Excludes Saturdays in December and Bank Holiday weekends.

A minimum of 70 adult guests applies.
The Watermill - Price - £1,850
A minimum of 50 adult guests applies.
Weekday Weddings
Our spectacular and picturesque wedding venue, together with our expertise and high level of service is available on Mondays - Thursdays:
January through to and including the third week of July (excluding the Easter holidays and May half term).
The Tythe Barn - Price - £1,800
A minimum of 50 adult guests applies.
The Watermill - Price - £1,450
A minimum of 40 adult guests applies.
September until the third week of December, the last week of July until the end of August (excludes Bank Holidays and the time between Christmas and New Year).

Sunday Weddings
Have you ever thought of a Sunday Wedding? Enjoy a wedding on one of the most relaxing days of the week. This offer applies to most Sundays in the year, with the exception of the last Sunday in July and all those in August. It also excludes Bank Holiday weekends and Sundays in the Christmas holiday period.
