The Farmhouse

Newly renovated for 2026! We have 5 double bedrooms available within the Farmhouse and they are priced at £175.00 per room. The Coach House is an accessible bedroom to the right of the main building. All prices include Continental & Full English breakfast and VAT.

A minimum booking of all 6 bedrooms applies. Check in is from 2pm on the day of the event. Prices apply for 2026 and are based on group bookings for exclusive weddings and events at Priston Mill.

Room 1

Room 1 is located at the front of the Farmhouse and offers stunning views across the Newton Park Estate and the valley beyond. The adjoining bathroom is a standout feature, with a beautiful freestanding bath set in the main window and a spacious walk-in wet-room shower. The bedroom itself is generously sized, featuring a luxurious super-king bed and an elegant feature fireplace, creating a truly relaxing retreat.

Room 2

The focal point of this spacious room is the original fireplace, complemented by a cosy farmhouse atmosphere. Stylish furnishings and carefully chosen accessories, together with a warm colour palette, create an inviting and relaxing feel. Located on the first floor, the bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a modern wet-room style shower and sink.

An intimate room featuring charming boutique farmhouse details, with views overlooking the farmhouse rear garden and the fields beyond.

The room benefits from a modern en-suite bathroom complete with underfloor heating, a walk-in wet-room shower, and a stylish basin.

Room 4

Room 4 is located at the front of the Farmhouse and offers stunning countryside views. The en-suite bathroom is complete with underfloor heating, a walk-in wet-room shower, and a stylish basin.

Room 5

The Coach House

The Coach House is adjacent to the main Farmhouse building. Situated on the ground floor, it is ideal as a more accessible bedroom, with the interior thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. The room features a beautifully shaped high ceiling and enjoys views overlooking the Newton Park Estate and Watermill gardens. An accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the space.
