Newly renovated for 2026! We have 5 double bedrooms available within the Farmhouse and they are priced at £175.00 per room. The Coach House is an accessible bedroom to the right of the main building. All prices include Continental & Full English breakfast and VAT.

A minimum booking of all 6 bedrooms applies. Prices apply for 2026 and are based on group bookings for exclusive weddings and events at Priston Mill.

Room 1

Room 1 is located at the front of the Farmhouse and offers stunning views across the Newton Park Estate and the valley beyond. The adjoining bathroom is a standout feature, with a beautiful freestanding bath set in the main window and a spacious walk-in wet-room shower. The bedroom itself is generously sized, featuring a luxurious super-king bed and an elegant feature fireplace, creating a truly relaxing retreat.

Room 2

The focal point of this spacious room is the original fireplace, complemented by a cosy farmhouse atmosphere. Stylish furnishings and carefully chosen accessories, together with a warm colour palette, create an inviting and relaxing feel. Located on the first floor, the bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a modern wet-room style shower and sink.

An intimate room featuring charming boutique farmhouse details, with views overlooking the farmhouse rear garden and the fields beyond.

Room 5

The Coach House

The Coach House is adjacent to the main Farmhouse building. Situated on the ground floor, it is ideal as a more accessible bedroom, with the interior thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. The room features a beautifully shaped high ceiling and enjoys views overlooking the Newton Park Estate and Watermill gardens. An accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the space.
