Event Chef
Aimee graduated from the Specialised Chef Scholarship with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in 2021. Throughout her scholarship, she worked with Peter Vaughan at Vaughans Kitchen doing
weddings, cookery classes, festivals and teaching at private schools. From there, she went on to
work at hotels such as The Pig, The Newt and Lucknam Park, before joining our kitchen brigade in January 2023.
She regularly enters culinary competitions and has gone on to win many awards and accolades such
as ‘Apprentice of the Year’ at the Wiltshire Life Awards. She’s super passionate and is always coming up with new dishes to create!
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
In my spare time, I love to be active through activities such as hiking, badminton and running. My
biggest passion is travel. I aim to travel as much as possible, experiencing new cultures and cuisines
along the way.
What’s the top of your bucket list?
To step foot in as many countries as I can throughout my life. I have currently visited 9 out of 193 – I have a lot more work to do!
What’s your favourite thing about your job?
Getting to be a part of someone’s special day through creating delicious and memorable food that
you won’t forget!
Favourite thing to cook?
Anything SWEET! Patisserie is my favourite area in the kitchen!
