There is an additional set up charge of £150 when using the venue for a ceremony. Please note that weddings are booked on the understanding that one of our main dinner menus with be ordered. There is a minimum chargeable number of 80 adults for the wedding breakfast in the Tythe Barn and 60 adults in the Watermill (lower minimum numbers possible under some of our special offers).
Venue hire is always fixed at the time of booking, however food and beverage prices are reviewed annually. A non-refundable deposit of 55% of the venue hire and ceremony charge (if applicable) is invoiced on booking. The venue hire balance is due three months before the event. Our terms and conditions are available on request. Prices include VAT.
