They are served with a selection of olives, artichoke hearts, sun blush tomatoes, parsnip crisps, oils and vinegars with focaccia.

Classic international dishes served directly to your guest from our usherette trays. Please choose one of the following (vegetarian adaptations offered for each choice).

Pad Thai    
Chicken with rice noodles and bean sprouts, spring onion, egg, topped with coriander and crushed peanuts. Served with a vegetarian spring roll and a slice of lime.
Chow Mein    
Sticky marinated beef with egg noodles, mange tout and spring onion. Served with prawn crackers and a sweet and sour sauce
Tagine    
Moroccan tagine of lamb, aubergines, red onion and courgettes, with couscous. Served with chopped apricots and mint and homemade flatbread
Chilli con Carne    
Minced beef with kidney beans, served with rice and tortilla crisps. Served with guacamole, sour cream and grated cheese
Pasta & Meatballs    
Beef and pork meatballs with tomato ragu served on pappardelle pasta. Served with parmesan and a slice of garlic ciabatta
Curry    
Indian-style lamb curry on pilau rice. Served with naan bread, mint yoghurt, chutney and an onion bhaji
