At the Table
Our To Banquet menu is presented on platters and boards, bringing a great choice of dishes to the table for you and your friends to share.  Please choose one starter, two meat and one vegetarian main courses and one dessert

Starters

Glazed Somerset ham, Bath farmhouse Cheddar, baked Somerset camembert, crudités, asparagus, pickled radish, pickled onions, beetroot chutney, piccalilli and country bread selection

Italian Platter

Somerset sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, roasted sweet potatoes, horseradish and a red wine jus
Roasted rolled shoulder of lamb with rosemary gratin, buttered curly kale and a rosemary jus
Whole lemon roasted chicken stuffed with citrus, herb and pistachio tabbouleh with cucumber tsatsiki
Roast pork loin with crackling, roasted potatoes, caramelised apple and cider cream sauce
Fillet of sea bass with wild mushroom risotto and crispy kale with a white wine cream sauce
Bream with braised fennel and confit potatoes with a saffron crayfish sauce
Dukkah spatchcock chicken with braised borlotti beans and a chive crème fraîche
Butternut squash, sage & chilli risotto with coriander and mascarpone (v)
